Isha's Story

Isha Agarwal embraced every moment and lived life to the fullest. She was an incredibly passionate and compassionate individual, with a heart overflowing with love. Her family and friends held paramount importance in her life.

After being diagnosed with an aggressive form of soft tissue cancer in Sept 2021, Isha underwent a challenging year of chemotherapy and radiation at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Despite the tireless efforts of her medical team and her strong desire to continue living, Isha transitioned to eternal life in Feb 2023, just couple of months before her 16th birthday. She was a 10th grade student with honors, in the Rutgers Preparatory Upper School, New Jersey. Even in her final days, Isha made sure to express her profound gratitude to everyone involved in her care - doctors, friends and family alike. She encouraged those around her to continue the fight against cancer.

Isha's spirit of gratitude and her profound love for others, serve as the driving force behind ‘Isha Cares’. The organization's mission is to support initiatives that aim to alleviate the stress on patients and their families by addressing their financial needs. Additionally, Isha Cares aims to assist charities dedicated to aiding the disadvantaged and marginalized.
